The Walton County Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold their regular public hearing on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 6:00 P.M. at the South Walton Courthouse Annex in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459. The following items are scheduled for review and action:

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A REFERENDUM CONCERNING AN AMENDMENT OF SECTION 8, OF THE CHARTER LAWS OF THE CITY OF DEFUNIAK SPRINGS, FLORIDA A DRESSING THE RIGHT OF MAYOR TO VOTE; VETO POWER.
A copy of the proposed Ordinance is available at the City Hall for inspection and all interested persons may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.
