The Walton County Technical Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at 8:30 am at the South Walton Courthouse Annex in Santa Rosa Beach, FL  32459.  The following items are scheduled for review and action:

1.    EMERALD GLEN PH I SOUTHEAST CUL-DE-SAC EXTENSIONS – Project number 10-001-00029.  This is a minor development application submitted by Connelly & Wicker, requesting the relocation of 6 previously approved lots, and extending a roadway 800 feet.  The project is on 40 acres, with a future land use of BCNPA-LDR.  The site is on the north side of C.R. 3280, approximately 8 miles east of U.S. 331 (parcel number 02-2S-18-15000-001-0010).

The Walton County Sheriff’s Office is seeking sealed bids concerning the construction of the new Paxton Sub-station on US 331N in Paxton Florida.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference for all interested contractors at the Walton County Sheriff’s Office Administration Building at 752 Triple G Road, DeFuniak Springs, Florida, 32435 on Monday, November 29, 2010 at 9 a.m.
Immediately following the pre-bid conference, a site visit will take place at the construction site in Paxton, Florida.
Questions concerning the project will be accepted until Noon, on December 3, 2010.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 10 a.m. on December 17, 2010, no bids will be accepted after that time and date. Bid opening will take place as soon thereafter.
