WHERE IN THE HERALD IS NORMA JEAN REDIKER? She is in downtown Saint Petersburg, Fla., close to Tampa Bay. In the background is the Vinoy Hotel. The downtown landmark was constructed in 1925 and had many famous guests over the years including Babe Ruth, Herbert Hoover, Calvin Coolidge and Jimmy Stewart.
