HUGH ADAMS ROAD DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS

This project consists of the demolishing of the existing storm water pipes, fill material, curbing, asphalt/base and concrete flume to install two (2) new 14” x 23” ERCP with new concrete curbing, concrete flumes, MES, new roadway base and asphalt. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and labor to complete the project.

Plans and specifications can be obtained at Preble-Rish, Inc., 877 County Road 393, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459 (850) 267-0759. Cost for Plans and Specifications will be $50.00 per set and is non-refundable. Checks should be made payable to DEWBERRY PREBLE-RISH.

Bids will be received Thursday, June 16, 2016 at 10:00am (CST), at the City of DeFuniak Springs City Hall, 71 US Highway 90 West, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32433, and will be opened and read aloud. All Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Sealed Bid – City of DeFuniak Springs – Hugh Adams Rd. Drainage Improvements”. A Bid Bond or Cashier’s Check in the amount of 5% of Bid shall accompany Bid. The City of DeFuniak Springs reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
