SSA 11-05 – Camella Dalee is requesting the adoption of an Ordinance of Walton County, Florida, Adopting a Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment to the Walton County Comprehensive Plan; Setting Forth the Authority for Adoption; Amending the Future Land Use Map; Repealing All Ordinances in Conflict Herewith; Providing for Severability and Conflicts; and Providing for an Effective Date.  The Ordinance proposes to amend 1.08 +/- acres in Walton County south of the Choctawhatchee Bay, on property identified by parcel number 24-3S-19-25120-000-0220, from Residential Preservation to Low Density Residential. The property is located in the southeast corner of Hinton-Bishop Dr and Hinton Dr, approximately 1.16 miles east of the intersection of Walton County 30-A and Walton County 395.
