Notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of August, 2014, the Court entered an Order of Summary Administration of the Estate of MAGDALENE HILLIGOSS. The total value of the Estate was found to be Six Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($6,900.00) exclusive of the homestead. There being no surviving spouse of the Decedent, The Estate, by Order of the Court was assigned to the following individuals in the stated amounts:

 

a. DIANA LYNN BYRD (Decedent’s daughter)

All jewelry of the Decedent; and

1/3 of the proceeds from the Decedent’s 2006 HHR automobile.

The Decedent’s 1985 Dodge Ram pick-up truck

1/3 of the proceeds from the Decedent’s 2006 HHR automobile.

c. RUSSELL RAY HILLIGOSS, JR. (Decedent’s son)

75 Clark Circle

Bruce, Florida 32455

The Decedent’s 1987 Ford Crown Victoria automobile

1/3 of the proceeds from the Decedent’s 2006 HHR automobile.

 

$2,500.00

 

All creditors having claims against the Estate are required to file their claims, with supporting documentation attached, with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Walton County, DeFuniak Springs, Florida, within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this Notice.
