Public Workshop to discuss amending Chapter 13 of the Walton County Land Development Code – Specifically those portions pertaining to colors, building materials, and landscaping materials. Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, shall consider for adoption at the meeting scheduled for September 28, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. at the City Hall in DeFuniak Springs, Florida,
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE 725 AND CHAPTER 23 ‘WATER, SEWERS, SEWAGE DISPOSAL ARTICLE III, SEWERS AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL, DIVISION 5 RATES AND CHARGES GENERALLY, SECTION 23-122 TITLE ‘USAGE CHARGES OF THE DEFUNIAK SPRINGS MUNICIPAL CODE AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
A copy of the proposed Ordinance is available at City Hall for inspection and all interested persons may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.
Note: If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Council with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, such person will need a record of the proceeding and that, for such purpose, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
The purpose of this Ordinance is to set Sewer Usage Charges by Resolution in the City of DeFuniak Springs, Florida
