This application is for construction of Oyster Lake Outfall new alignment and outfall channel, and sub-surface “fabri-form” concrete matting. Project location: Between approximately 149 feet and 199 feet west of the Department of Environmental Protection’s reference monument R-46, in Walton County. Project address: Oyster Lake Outfall, Santa Rosa Beach. Plans for this proposed project are available for public inspection at the office of the Bureau of Beaches and Coastal Systems at 4708 Capital Circle NW, Tallahassee, Florida, from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
