The proposed revised Rules/Policies may result in additional costs associated with implementation, but no statement of estimated regulatory costs has been prepared.

DEFUNIAK SPRINGS WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
This project the demolition of existing asphalt turnouts and drives, and the installation of 465 (±) LF of type E curbing, one (1) stormwater structures and 149 (±) LF of 18′ ADS stormwater pipe. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and labor to complete the project.
Plans and specifications can be obtained at Preble-Rish, Inc., 877 County Road 393, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459 (850) 267-0759. Cost for Plans and Specifications will be $75.00 per set and is non-refundable. Checks should be made payable to PREBLE-RISH, INC.
Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. (CST) on Monday, November 9, 2015 , at the City of DeFuniak Springs City Hall, 71 US Highway 90 West, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32433, and will be opened and read aloud. All Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked ‘Sealed Bid – City of DeFuniak Springs – North 20th Street Stormwater Improvements’.
