Notice is given that stormwater permit number 1279.01 was issued on August 3, 2012, to Vista of Fort Walton for modification to Permit 1279 to redesign the previously permitted surface water management system, and the pervious and impervious areas intended to be served by the originally permitted system, that remain located along the northern side of U.S. Highway 90, to the east of 18th Street in DeFuniak Springs (Walton County).

The Walton County Code Enforcement Board will hold their regular meeting on September 20, 2012 beginning at 6:00 p.m. to be held at the South Walton Courthouse Annex.
