DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DBE) PLAN & GOALS PUBLIC NOTICE – The City of DeFuniak Springs has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation 49 CFR Part 26 for DeFuniak Springs Municipal Airport. A DBE goal of 13.0% is proposed for federal and state funded Airport Improvement Projects awarded at DeFuniak Springs Municipal Airport during FAA Fiscal Years (FY) 2016 – 2018. The proposed DBE Plan and DBE goal methodology is available for public inspection at the Airport Service Supervisor’s office at the DeFuniak Springs Municipal Airport during normal business hours for a period of thirty (30) days beginning December 21, 2015. Written comments will be accepted for a period of forty-five (45) days beginning December 21, 2015 .
