Beach Vendor 2017 Pre-Season Kickoff Meeting
Please be notified that the Walton County Tourist Development Council
Beach Operations Code Enforcement staff will hold a meeting on
Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at 9:00 am and on Wednesday, January 18,
2017 at 3:00 pm. Both meetings will be held at the South Walton Annex
located at 31 Coastal Center Blvd. Santa Rosa Beach, FL.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss beach safety and beach
vendor operations.
All current and prospective beach vendors are required to attend at
least one of the mentioned meetings. Two or more Walton County Elected
or Appointed Officials may attend. These meetings are open to the
public.

799, et seq. of the public records of Walton County, Florida, (the
“Declaration”) and all amendments and supplements thereto.
The owners must pay the TOTAL listed above plus the per diem.
Failure to cure the default set forth herein or take other appropriate
action regarding this matter will result in the loss of ownership of
the timeshare through the trustee foreclosure procedure set forth in
F.S.721.856. You have the right to submit an objection form,
exercising your right to object to the use of the trustee foreclosure
procedure. If the objection is filed this matter shall be subject to
the judicial foreclosure procedure only. The default may be cured any
time before the trustee’s sale of your timeshare interest. If you do
