The regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Somerset Community Development District will be held on Monday, May 9, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. (CST) at the Alys Beach office, located at 9581 County Hwy 30A, Alys Beach, FL 32413.  The meeting may be continued in progress without additional notice to a time, date and location stated on the record.

The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts.  There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone.  At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.

Walton County Public Works will be holding a Community Meeting to take input from the public regarding potential projects on Ellis Road and Driftwood road in Miramar Beach.

Potential projects in this area could include improvements in stormwater facilities, pedestrian facilities and the movement of traffic from two-way to one-way flow on alternating streets.  While no specific project designs have been completed, Public Works will be presenting options to improve the area and are soliciting public feedback.

The meeting will be held at the Seascape Conference Center, located at 556 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach, FL 32550 on Thursday, May 5th from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
